Financial Planning Associate
Heather, a Certified Financial Planner®, joined Hughes Financial Services in April 2021 as our Paraplanner, advancing to Financial Planning Associate in which she works closely with our financial advisors to assist in the formation of financial plans, as well as preparing for client and prospect meetings. Heather also generates comprehensive views of our clients’ financial situations.
Before joining our team, Heather worked for a large broker-dealer in Indianapolis servicing retail brokerage clients.
Heather graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Counseling & Planning with minors in Management and Communication. In 2023, she earned her Certified Financial Planner® certification through Purdue University (The College of Health & Human Sciences).
Heather is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and now lives in Northern Virginia.
